大气污染等环境问题的日益严重使人们对新能源的期待越来越高。在汽车市场中围绕新能源汽车产品的研发与生产展开了新的竞争。在传统燃油汽车的研发和生产中,我国企业一直处于劣势,但在新能源汽车方面国内企业迎来了新的机遇。为了保持竞争优势,我国企业可以从战略成本的高度进行分析,进而突破新能源汽车的成本难题,降低购买新能源汽车的门槛,促进行业的健康发展。     

From leprosy to The Willow Tree: decoding disability and Islamic spirituality in Iranian film

The lack of attention in academic discourse to representations of disability in films from the Middle East has led to an incomplete picture of representations of disability in global cinema. For instance, the diverse meanings of disability in Iranian cinema and the influence of disability on the emergence of Iranian New Wave cinema have been almost completely ignored by scholars. A number of award-winning films from Iran have featured disability as central to their narratives – such as The House is Black (1963), Taste of Cherry (1997), The Color of Paradise (1999), The Willow Tree (2005), and The Painting Pool (2013). Disability in these films serves alternatively as a symbol of spiritual possibility, a mark of marginalization, and a covert social critique. These films examine the emotional, physical, and social implications of disability, while celebrating the cultural power of film to challenge social, religious, and artistic barriers.     

The Attributes of Effective NGOs and the Leadership Values Associated with a Reputation for Organizational Effectiveness

Building on prior research characterizing organizational effectiveness as a social construction, this article identifies the perceived attributes of effective transnational nongovernmental organizations (NGOs) and the leadership values associated with higher reputations for organizational effectiveness. Results are based on an in‐depth, mixed‐method interview study of 152 NGO leaders located in the United States and representing all major sectors of organizational activity. Among the twenty‐nine attributes that leaders identified in peer organizations that they regarded as particularly effective, leaders stressed instantiation of sound principles or strategy, a grassroots approach, large organizational size and resources, being collaborative, singleness of focus, campaigning abilities, funding and fundraising prowess, global scope, and quality people. Furthermore, statistical analysis reveals that NGOs with leaders who value similarities with peer organizations, grassroots approaches, diversity of strategies, dedication, professionalism, and distributed organizational structures have significantly higher reputations for effectiveness.     

An online copy number variant detection method for short sequencing reads

The availability of the next generation sequencing (NGS) technology in today's biomedical research has provided new opportunities in scientific discovery of genetic information. The high-throughput NGS technology, especially DNA-seq, is particularly useful in profiling a genome for the analysis of DNA copy number variants (CNVs). The read count (RC) data resulting from NGS technology are massive and information rich. How to exploit the RC data for accurate CNV detection has become a computational and statistical challenge. We provide a statistical online change point method to help detect CNVs in the sequencing RC data in this paper. This method uses the idea of online searching for change point (or breakpoint) with a Markov chain assumption on the breakpoints loci and an iterative computing process via a Bayesian framework. We illustrate that an online change-point detection method is particularly suitable for identifying CNVs in the RC data. The algorithm is applied to the publicly available NCI-H2347 lung cancer cell line sequencing reads data for locating the breakpoints. Extensive simulation studies have been carried out and results show the good behavior of the proposed algorithm. The algorithm is implemented in R and the codes are available upon request.     

Monitoring and change-point estimation for spline-modeled non-linear profiles in phase II

In some applications of statistical quality control, quality of a process or a product is best characterized by a functional relationship between a response variable and one or more explanatory variables. This relationship is referred to as a profile. In certain cases, the quality of a process or a product is better described by a non-linear profile which does not follow a specific parametric model. In these circumstances, nonparametric approaches with greater flexibility in modeling the complicated profiles are adopted. In this research, the spline smoothing method is used to model a complicated non-linear profile and the Hotelling T² control chart based on the spline coefficients is used to monitor the process. After receiving an out-of-control signal, a maximum likelihood estimator is employed for change point estimation. The simulation studies, which include both global and local shifts, provide appropriate evaluation of the performance of the proposed estimation and monitoring procedure. The results indicate that the proposed method detects large global shifts while it is very sensitive in detecting local shifts.     

Approximating moments of continuous functions of random variables using Bernstein polynomials

Bernstein polynomials have many interesting properties. In statistics, they were mainly used to estimate density functions and regression relationships. The main objective of this paper is to promote further use of Bernstein polynomials in statistics. This includes (1) providing a high-level approximation of the moments of a continuous function $g\left(X\right)$ of a random variable $X$, and (2) proving Jensen’s inequality concerning a convex function without requiring second differentiability of the function. The approximation in (1) is demonstrated to be quite superior to the delta method, which is used to approximate the variance of $g\left(X\right)$ with the added assumption of differentiability of the function. Two numerical examples are given to illustrate the application of the proposed methodology in (1).     

论刑事二审程序中新证据的采信

刑事二审中新证据的采信对于查明案件事实有重大意义,但刑事诉讼法只是原则性的规定了新证据,对其构成要件及采信标准则需要参照相关司法解释及部门法进一步明确。理论上讲,我国对新证据采取的是随时提出主义,反映了对刑事实质正义的绝对追求。具体到新证据的认定标准上,需要考察时间、原因和种类三个要件。在此基础上,结合证据的可采性原理,可以分别对检察院、辩护人及法院提出的新证据进行科学的采信。     

荆州市太湖管理区新农村文化建设现状及对策

荆州市荆州区太湖管理区文化建设与其经济发展既大致一致,如各生产大队有广播、农家书屋等文化设施,有桃花会、广场舞、文体比赛等文体活动,村民有看电视等文化生活;同时,其也存在公共文体设施不足,文化投入不足,文化消费整体偏低,村民文化生活不够丰富,特色文化娱乐活动缺乏等有待改进之处。对此,应采取扩大现有文化品牌项目影响,提高现有文化项目效果,开拓新的文体活动项目,建设特色文体活动项目,加强文化建设骨干培养等相应对策。     

工程机械制造产业集群竞争力驱动因素研究--以徐州工程机械产业集群为例

研究以文献元分析为基础,开发量表并设计问卷提取相关因素,并以徐州工程机械产业集群为调研对象进行调研,结合主成分分析对其作进一步统计学处理与探索性验证。结果表明：集群网络协作能力、集群知识创新能力、集群科技产出能力、集群内外部环境、集群发展后劲是驱动工程机械产业竞争力的关键因素。     

论高校思想政治理论课的历史教育方法取向

高校思想政治理论课目标的实现,必须坚持历史唯物主义的价值立场,把历史教育方法作为基本方法。通过对历史教育方法科学内涵的阐述和其作为基本方法的缘由论证,指出运用历史资源及其方法原理实现思政教育主体与客体之间双向沟通的作用,充分利用和发掘历史资源的育人功能,让大学生把握知识源流,强化历史认同,构筑理想信念根基。教学中要以多样化的教学载体创建为有效路径,改进和提升高校思想政治理论课教学的实际效果。
